Our approach involves evidence-based, holistic, and intuitive support throughout pregnancy, labor, childbirth, and postpartum, ensuring you have access to optimal birthing options that resonate with your individual preferences, desires, and situation. We assist you in navigating the multifaceted and unpredictable journey toward childbirth.

Birth Doula Packages

The Traditional Package Includes:

  • Initial consultation

  • (1) prenatal visit

  • Birth planning workbook and template

  • From time of hire through 4 weeks postpartum, unlimited email, phone, text support

  • Available 24/7 between 38-42 weeks with unlimited email, phone, text support

  • Up to 16 hours of continuous in-person support during your labor and birth ($30/hour after 16 hours)

  • Initial breastfeeding support immediately following the birth

  • (1) postpartum visit within the first two weeks after birth

  • Informational resources on pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and breastfeeding.

Postpartum Doula Packages

What to except from a daytime postpartum doula:

  • Initial consultation

  • Instruction and assistance with infant bathing, diapering, soothing, swaddling, baby wearing, and safety basics

  • Non-judgmental support and care

  • A patient, listening ear and a safe space for you to process your journey into parenthood

  • Infant feeding support

  • Sibling support

  • Light tidying and housework

  • Errands

  • Care for your baby while you sleep, shower, take a walk, or other personal needs

  • Meal preparation

  • Discussion about perinatal mood disorders.

  • Shifts are 5 hours

Price: $45/hour for weekday daytime support (7am-7pm); must book 5 hours minimum

Placenta Encapsulation Add-On

What To Expect From Your Placenta Encapsulation Add-On:

  • Our Placenta Encapsulation process follows a atraditional method. We gently steam the placenta before dehydrating it and grinding it to be put into capsules. 

  • Includes: Transport kit with written packing instructions, pick up from your birth space, a placenta and cord keepsake art, placenta capsules, placenta tincture, and delivery of the finished package back to you.
